Further updates on job application
Morgan Stanley: Attended 2 second rounds of interview, one for role of product control and the other for mgmt reporting. Positive feedback for the mgmt reporting role...Waiting
Dresdner Kleinworth: A german bank which I've never heard of. Great, I'm the first person they interviewed
DBS: Went DBS yesterday, response was quick, when I got back to office from DBS building, arrangement of second interview next Tuesday. I learnt something from this interview, valuation of OTC product.
I've done my part, did my best, generally all the interviews went pretty well. The keyword now is patience, seriously it hasnt been long since I attended these interviews. Patience. Pray for the best, if it's God's will, things will definitely fall into place without me worrying.

Wanted to buy Mario a wallet for his 20th birthday tomorrow, while I was at Robinson, rang him to asked what he want but later to receive a call from his friend informing me not to buy wallet for him as they've bought him an Ashworth wallet. Ok, I've sponsor $80 for his fishing competition tomorrow.

While at Robinson, I found this dress, like the prints very much and it fits very well.
How to describe, looks very 'Danish/Yun Nan'

*.* Status of Job hunt *.*

At the moment, there's still no offer, still awaiting for results. Been 3 weeks and the progress's as below:

1. UOB--Attended interview, not shortlisted

2. Citco Fund services---attended first interview the week before and second interview on Friday, waiting for results. All went well. ..Quite confident for this position. Confidence level 80%

3. RBS--Attended interview..went quite wrong as I wasn't sure how to answer some questions especially when I've no knowledge of banking operations. not shortlisted

3. Credit Suisse--Attended an interview with the CFO on Thursday, no further interviews required, just awaiting for him to interview more candidates and awaiting for results..Confidence level...60%

4. Morgan Stanley---passed interview with HR Finance, asked to attend second interview with the VP on Tuesday, interesting, with a lady call Tracy Cameron. Yes both the CFOs of my current company co are named Tracy and Cameron respectively..haha..if successful, one more video conferencing with the team in HK. Too early...will update on Tuesday again...

Sometimes you just know it if you make it or break it for an interview..so far I've been right about it...Dont want to think of the outcome, just concentrate on doing my best at the interviews and awaiting for the balls to be in my court....

Have to admit, out of the 3 available options, I want the MS job most..and these 3 interviews were arranged by KS Consulting.

If you are looking for positions in the Banking and Finance industry, please drop them your resume, they are so far the BEST BEST BEST consultants I've ever dealt with. I'll write more about my experience with other consultants and how KS shines BRIGHTLY compared to them the next time.

*.* Lost and Found *.*

I found the Mikimoto pearl bracelet...yeah! went missing for more than a 1.5 yrs. My mummy assumed it's with me and I thought I misplaced it. At the end of the day, it was kept in the safe with mummy..blur blur. Significance behind this bracelet Daddy bought it for her more than 25 yrs ago from Tokyo..25 yrs...and she's passed it on to me...hahah my dowry... the box has long gone yellowish...but look at the conditions of the pearls...25 yrs old pearls...guess this photo doesn't do justice to the bracelet..compared to fresh water pearls, it stands out, it's got this tinge of pink in it that fresh water pearls doesnt have...

Bought a pair of Marie Clarie pumps today..I love the shade...Oyster pink....
