Been on hiatus for quite awhile. I’m back. I turn 27th last Wednesday. OMG, looking down my blog, from 23rd to 27th, it’s been a good 4 years of growing up.
Celebrated my birthday with Yin and Soanne, hugs hugs, was so surprised to see them in the pinky headband and the big veil band they got me…super sweet, I love dinners like that. Counting…it’s been like 14 yrs since we’ve known each other, good old 14 years. Cosy dinner at Peperoni at Greenwood Avenue. Love the brownie, love the pressie, love the food, most of all Love the Company! Muacks :>
Draw me close to You Never let me go I lay it all down again To hear You say that I'm Your friend
You are my desire No one else will do 'Cause nothing else could take Your place To feel the warmth of Your embrace Help me find the way Bring me back to You
You're all I want You're all I've ever needed You're all I want Help me know You are near

*.* Back from hiatus *.*
Been a really long time since I’ve last updated my blog. Past 2009 Christmas, past New Year, past Chinese New Year…I’m turning 27 this year
Sep 26th Birthday, yes past the mid twenties. Birthday at White rabbit with my beautiful girls. Thank you for the lovely dinner and wonderful Electronic Toothbrush fulfilled my wish list!! Sam bought me this picture of us two in front of PS Café, made of semi precious gems…^_^
Oct & Nov & half of Dec Mad months for me, totally immersed into the consolidation pool. Working my ass off day and night, days felt so short when ya busy at work. It was a team bonding experience, definitely got to know my colleagues better. Not forgetting the trip to Night Safari on Halloween night, it was really fun working hard and playing hard…2009 consolidation, here I come. The hard work pays off when I received the letter, half of what I used to get back then but no complaints. Supposedly to be the upper range and used the money and invested in few counters, hopefully, it will multiply…haha one day enough for my wedding…*dream dream*
2009 Christmas Caroling in my house with so many people, the familiar faces around, with Ah Ma, Da Jie…It was heart warming, touched to listen to the special prayer by Ah Ma for my family. I love December, festive period, all relaxed…
Jan Can’t believe Jan 10 is over, time FLIEEEESSSSSS
Feb Delighted. Daddy bought me a Rolex perpetual! I kinda know he wanna buy me one but thought it’s not going to be till the day I get married.. ahh my very first Rolex, though it comes in half gold but I still love it!!!! Makes me feel like a grown up!
Sam sent me pink roses on the day before V-day :> surprise, totally unaware of it.
I love surprises~~~ give me more surprises
It was an AWESOME Chinese New Year; so many relatives came to my house, children of my cousins & cousin in law that I’ve not seen before, it was great to spend CNY in Singapore this yr!! Oh ya Sam makes a good dealer at card games, I can see everyone enjoying the 21 games when he’s the dealer. Good job darling!
Sam said to get married middle of next year, I'll work harder to lose weight to make it happen.

It's August already, a month more to my 26th, can't believe I've passed the mid 20s already, Sam calls it late 20s..
Spending alot of quality time with my sister lately,She's such a sweetie, I do miss her at work. Brought her to the Green Room last Thursday for dinner and we sat there, chatting away, enjoying the breeze and the food, oh did I mention, she's turning into 3/4 a vegeterian already. Though Newspaper reported there's no difference in Organic and Non-Organic food, I'm still sticking by the organic vegetables, Sea Salt, Organic Brown sugar and Brown rice and Five grain rice.
3 mths to go before Jeslyn finishes her PSLE...whoohooo, we're planning a trip to Turkey! Shortlisted 3 destinations Egypt/Turkey and Greece. The travel agent advised that be prepared to be seeing the same thing in Egypt lotsa temples, Greece and Turkey are both recommended. Deep in my heart, I still wannna visit Greece with Sam..hehe...So Turkey it shall be. Historical, just what Jeslyn wanted. The last time we two travelled together was to Hong Kong, time flies, she was in Pri 3 then. She's grown up, sometimes now she's in the position to advise me what to do at times...lol..I'm getting old....
It was a pleasure to hear from pple you've worked with who hopes to work with you again...aawww 'if only u have xx experience , I want you!' nice to hear but I'm not interested to move at the moment, quite comfortable with where I am...it's just a job, take it easy.

Back from hiatus.....
I cant believe that I've been Overtiming the whole of this week, Monday to Fri...earliest was Fri-9pm, Wed 12am, Thur 11pm..cant rem the rest of the days..exhausting, clocked 20+ hrs from end of June till now...arrghh, during the overtime, been listening to Michael Buble's albums, aawwww...reminiscing of the past, the winter nights and mornings, the adventure I gave up for something called Home, my family....I love my family. Spent Saturday fetching Jes here and there, we went shopping together....all the support for her for her big PSLE...even getting up at 6.50am on a Sat morning to get her to school seems worth it, no complaints..I love my dear sister, taking care of her has given me valuable experience..I'm gonna miss her so much when Im married out...one day
"Home" by Michael Buble
Another summer day Has come and gone away In Paris and Rome But I wanna go home Mmmmmmmm
May be surrounded by A million people I Still feel all alone I just wanna go home Oh, I miss you, you know
And I’ve been keeping all the letters that I wrote to you Each one a line or two “I’m fine baby, how are you?” Well I would send them but I know that it’s just not enough My words were cold and flat And you deserve more than that
Another aeroplane Another sunny place I’m lucky, I know But I wanna go home Mmmm, I’ve got to go home
Let me go home I’m just too far from where you are I wanna come home
And I feel just like I’m living someone else’s life It’s like I just stepped outside When everything was going right And I know just why you could not Come along with me 'Cause this was not your dream But you always believed in me
Another winter day has come And gone away In even Paris and Rome And I wanna go home Let me go home
And I’m surrounded by A million people I Still feel all alone Oh, let me go home Oh, I miss you, you know
Let me go home I’ve had my run Baby, I’m done I gotta go home Let me go home It will all be all right I’ll be home tonight I’m coming back home

*.* My dearest Daddy *.*
Fathers' Day is fast approaching, a very much neglected celebration as compared to Mothers' Day....hmmmm we've decided to go for Lobster porridge. Sam's side gonna head to Sing Island for chinese food. I'm so proud of my Daddy and thank God for letting him be my Daddy, he's the Best Daddy! I still gotta say, among the 3 children, Daddy dotes on my the most, and I've 5 years extra of daddy's love compared to Mario and 15 years more than Jeslyn..heheh, Time flies, I still remember the days when Daddy was just 36, now he's already 51. Most of his life was spent working and working, to give us a better life..he did it...he's come a long way. Especially at dinner, when I see him smile, I can see how much I resembles him, especially his dimple and chin...Now I finally understand why adults used to say I'm a photocopied female version of him. He gives in to me so much, everything I want, I ask, he'll try his very best to get me....I love my Daddy! Best song for Fathers out there... Dance with my father by Luther Vandross, tears filled my eyes when I heard it on a cold winter night in Aus.
